The invention relates to a manufacturing method and product of a concrete conveying cylinder
The key points of this method are: adding a layer of strengthening layer on the inner wall of concrete conveying cylinder to improve the contact fatigue life of concrete conveying cylinder.
The method comprises the following five steps:
(1) 45 ා rough turning and boring of inner wall of finish rolled steel pipe;
(2) Grind to roughness Ra ≤ 0.4 μ M;
(3) The strengthening layer is formed by plasma super laser quenching;
(4) Hard chromium plating;
(5) Polishing finished products. The strengthening layer is located between the electroplated layer on the surface of the cylinder body and the cylinder body substrate, with a thickness of 0.3-1.0 mm, and the hardness of the strengthening layer is HRC61.
In this process, Zhongzhong plasma super laser strengthening layer has a good combination with the inner wall of the conveying cylinder, with strong wear resistance, basically no change in the size and shape of the substrate, and no environmental pollution. The life of anti contact fatigue is several times longer than that of chromium plating layer with the same thickness of traditional processing technology.
